1. Bamboo Contribution is Non-Refundable
Each bamboo shoot contribution is processed immediately for plantation planning. Once sponsored, the
amount is allocated to: Plantation execution; Farmer operations; Environmental impact tracking.
Therefore, contributions made on YBTC are non-refundable.
2. In Case of Double Payment
If any payment is charged twice due to a technical error, please contact support@ybtc.org within 7 days
for a verification and refund.
